1 Introduction
Welcome to Unison Coach. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Client", "you") and UnisonCoach.com ("Unison Coach", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Unison Coach platform.
Unison Coach provides a platform that professional coaches use to manage their coaching practice, including scheduling, video sessions, and session records. When your coach invites you to use the platform, these Terms govern your access and use of it.
By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Client Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2 The Platform and What We Do
Unison Coach is a technology platform — we provide the tools your coach uses to manage their business. We do not provide coaching services. Your coach is an independent professional, not an employee of Unison Coach.
- Your coaching relationship is with your coach, not with Unison Coach
- Any coaching agreement, pricing, cancellation policy, or refund arrangement is between you and your coach
- Unison Coach is not responsible for the quality, content, or outcomes of coaching services you receive
- If you have concerns about your coaching experience, you should raise them with your coach directly
3 Your Account
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
4 Using the Platform
The platform lets you view sessions, join video calls, and access resources. Your coach controls which features are enabled. Some, like recording, require active consent.
5 Session Recordings
No session can be recorded without your explicit, informed consent. Recordings are accessible only to you and your coach. Unison Coach staff do not access your session content.
6 Your Responsibilities
To help everything run smoothly, we ask that you attend scheduled sessions, use the platform respectfully, keep account info accurate, and not share your access credentials.
7 Acceptable Use
When using the platform, you agree not to violate any law, record sessions without your coach's consent, harass others, upload harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
8 Your Content
Any content you share remains yours. We do not use session recordings, transcripts, or notes to train AI systems or build advertising profiles.
9 Privacy
Your coach controls most of your coaching data, and we handle it securely on their behalf. You have rights over your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10 Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". Unison Coach does not provide coaching, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice.
11 Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED SGD 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID DIRECTLY TO US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12 Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close your access if you violate these Terms.
13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to your local mandatory consumer protection laws.
14 Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance.
